Is there a minimum time contract term? No. We currently offer monthly charge hosting plans, you can terminate your hosting account with us at any time you wish. But we guarantee each account will be set up within 24 hours. Your site can be uploaded to our servers immediately after receiving our welcome email, which will contain the IP address for your account, plus the password and the username. In fact, we recommend that clients start uploading their site as soon as possible after setup is complete, so that once domain transfer is completed (usually 24 hrs to 72 hrs), the site will be available for use by your visitors. No. Technically there is no such thing as "unlimited bandwidth".
